Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that acts as a selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R) agonist. Unlike other GH secretagogues, Ipamorelin does not significantly stimulate ACTH, cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone at therapeutic doses. This selectivity makes it one of the cleanest GH-releasing peptides studied, with a favorable side-effect profile in preclinical and clinical research.
